This house has a double garage (a little tricky for parking 2 cars but possible and recommended for an experienced driver if taking up both parking bays). The approach is from the side of the house, there is a gentle ramp as well as stairs leading down to the house, the inviting splash pool and braai area are on the deck as you approach the house.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area are inviting, full of light with magnificent ocean views. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, hand basin), the 2nd bathroom has only a shower, toilet and hand basin), bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2x ¾ beds. We hope you enjoy our ‘boat house’ as much as we do!
We supply DSTV (guesthouse package) as well as free but limited WIFI in all our houses.
