This spacious 3 bedroom standard house is situated on the edge of our property with the parking area/entrance below the house. There are a few stairs leading down to the house. The inviting splash pool is situated in the centre of the deck with the braai area on the side as you approach the deck.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living area are inviting, full of light with magnificent ocean views. The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, hand basin), the 2nd bathroom has only a shower, toilet and hand basin), bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2x ¾ beds.
The ocean views are magnificent from Casa Peixe – also known as ‘fish’ house.

This extra large 3 bedroom lux house is 1 of 4 of its type on the resort. The double garage is situated to the side of the house. The braai area is on the closest side as your approach with the pool close by and then a large uninterrupted deck. There is a patch of lawn with shrubs and trees which gives it a fair amount of privacy. This house is situated quite far back (close to Casa Farol I & II the standard 2 bedroom houses) and has partial ocean views. Like most of the houses on the resort we have had such fun with beach style décor and this house is full of white washed furniture and beach themed items. Casa Passaro is our ‘bird’ house but there it’s a regal and proud bird, not an LBJ!

There are approximately 15 steps leading up to the houses from the covered parking area (1 parking per house) so not ideal for elderly people. Casa Azul I & II are mirror images of each other. There is a large wall that separates the 2 properties with an interleading door that can be opened if you are sharing with family or friends – the door can otherwise be kept closed for privacy. The decks are spacious with a braai area and private splash pool.

The only one of its kind – Casa Vista is a freestanding, spacious house which has a large private sea facing deck with its pool in the centre of the deck, the braai area is on the side and there is ample seating for 4 people. Like the name suggests, this house has a magnificent ocean vista. It has a double garage with ample for parking 2 vehicles as well as a trailer.
The large living/dining room and kitchen is open plan with a step leading up into the passage leading to the 2 x en-suite bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Beautiful beach themed accessories have been used.
