The garages for these 2 bedroom apartments (1 parking per house) are situated behind the house so entry is from behind and both apartments are quite private. There is a long but gentle ramp leading down to the apartments from the parking area. There is a braai area and a splash pool. These apartments are mirror images of each other and separated by a large wall in the centre.

Casa Praia is next door to Casa Barco and is a more private house, with beautiful ocean views. This house has approximately 20 steps leading down from the parking area. There is a walkway through the trees/bush between Casa Barco and Casa Praia.
Casa Praia is a three bedroom house with a covered double parking area and walkway leading to the sea facing deck which has a splash pool and braai area. There are three doors leading into the house from the deck – the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are spacious. The bedrooms are situated towards the back of the house with a main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 have 2x ¾ beds.
