This palm themed three bedroom villa has a covered double parking area with a gentle ramp leading to a large sea facing deck with a fibreglass splash pool and braai area.  Three doors leading into the villa from the deck – the kitchen is situated on the right with a separate scullery, the dining and living area towards the left of the villa with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated towards the back of the villa.

Located next door to Casa Africana makes it perfect for large groups sharing but private for single families/groups of friends.

This spacious house which has become a firm favourite with holiday makers because of the view, the space and cool beach themed décor.  (Situated opposite Casa Raio do Sol I & II and in front of Casa Africana).
