Things to See and Do
Reef Resort is ideal for a family holiday and Praia de Xai Xai is an excellent fishing destination. With temperatures ranging between 30 and 40 degrees Celsius during summer and 15 to 30 degrees Celsius during winter, Mozambique can be regarded as an all year round holiday destination.
There is an abundance of beautiful beaches in Praia de Xai Xai, some with good swimming and snorkeling areas along the protective reef.
Reef Resorts fishing boat brings in the wonderful fresh daily catch from the rich ocean just meters away from the spacious 60-seater, double-storey restaurant. Fresh prawns, crayfish & calamari and the abundant pantry of seasonal sub-tropical fruit and vegetables, including home grown herbs and vegetables, Café Pescador offers a unique dining experience.
